Experience this ancient Chinese system of self care using meditation, breathing exercises and gentle movements to reduce stress, build stamina and enhance the immune system. Open to those currently receiving or recovering from recent cancer treatment.  Family caregivers of current patients also welcome. Join anytime; drop-ins welcome.
