This class is specifically designed to meet the needs of those currently receiving or recovering from recent cancer treatment.  Sessions included supported yoga postures, gentle stretches and guided imagery to help manage symptoms and side effects, relieve pain and reduce stress.  This relaxing yoga class is appropriate for all levels; no prior yoga experience is needed. All yoga equipment provided. Join anytime; drop-ins welcome.
