Tai Chi Yoga
This class combines the wisdom and practices of Tai Chi and Yoga into a single art form, creating a unique context in which each individual may explore the profound influence of both these traditions on the body, mind, and spirit. Benefits of this integrated and meditative practice include stress release, improved flexibility and balance, and increased energy flow.
Class meets on Saturdays from 9:30 to 10:30 am
